Bates Beautification Day

We partnered with the Bates Elementary School community for invasive plant removal, native plant installations, building a student friendly woods trail, student painting activities, and outdoor classroom maintenance all in one day! With great community turnout we removed lots of oriental bittersweet and multiflora rose in the morning, and installed 40 native plants in the afternoon! Stay tuned for seed sowing!
